Purchasers from abroad please note. All flammable products such as spirit gum, spirit gum remover, hairsprays, fixier sprays, etc. cannot be sent out of the UK.
Please note that aerosol cans cannot be sent abroad.
Any customers ordering in America are requested to include the State where they reside in the address they submit please.
All shipping fees vary depending on the exact weight of your order. We pass on the fees charged by Royal Mail. The cost has recently increased and the size of the package is also taken into account. The postage charge will be calculated upon checkout but may be subject to change depending on transport required.
Please Note: All parcels are sent 'To Be Signed For' and therefore cannot be left in another place. The postman should leave a card and ask you to collect from your nearest parcel office.

Delivery times vary from the next day to usually within 5 days, dependent upon the product ordered and delivery service selected. However on some products the deliveries may be in excess of this time scale. In such cases we will notify you of the delivery date. Orders are normally dispatched by our warehouse any day from Monday to Friday. We do our utmost to deliver on time; however we can not be held liable for any costs you may incur with your installer. We endeavour to deliver to all UK and some worldwide destinations. However we are guided by our delivery agent as to the costs of delivery to areas inside of the UK. These may vary from those displayed on our shopping cart pages. Please note we do not process any payment until we have checked postage costs and stocks, therefore any contract with us to supply goods takes place only after we have manually reviewed your order.
Please note that if Special Delivery (i.e. next day delivery) is required, your order must be received before 4.00pm.
Please make every effort to ensure the goods ordered are suitable for your requirements. Orders cancelled after the 7 day cooling off period may be subject to a restocking and administration charge of up to 15%. We reserve the right not to accept returned goods which have been signed for at the delivery without inspection. We will only accept goods for return where the customer has undertaken a duty of care whilst the goods have been in their possession. Should the goods be returned we would advise the customer to use the original packaging to insure the product is not damaged in transit on the return journey. Any 'special' orders will not be accepted for return. This will be agreed with the customer at order stage and confirmed by both parties.

A signature will be required upon delivery of your goods. If you will not be available to accept delivery of your products, your local post office will hold your parcel for you to collect (They may or may not notify you of this). If it is unclaimed within a time period of 7-14 days (dependant on service used) it will be returned to us. If this occurs, please contact us to arrange a full refund (less additional postage costs) or redelivery. Any fees for redelivery are to be covered by the customer.
