Let us help you with your shopping, please use these guidelines to navigate our e.commerce site.

Please fill in the Registration details.

Decide on the item to be purchased and click on the button marked “BUY”.

To continue purchasing choose your items and again press the cart button. Should you need more than one item of a specific product and colour this can be adjusted prior to the checkout button.

Click the checkout button and select the payment method you would like to use. Please check all of your details also that you have all the items listed you wish to purchase. By clicking the to pay button your particulars are sent to secpay. The padlock on the payment page ensures complete security.

Confirmation of order will be forwarded to you via email also confirmation of your payment.

Your order will then be sent to us for processing. Upon its despatch a confirmation e mail will be sent.

Your Despatched Order

Royal Mail First Class, Special Delivery or Courier next day is available for the U.K. Goods to the European Union will be charged at current postage rates.

Orders over £150 will be sent free of charge.

Normally orders are sent the same day as we receive the order. If we are unable to do this you will be contacted by telephone or email.

We carry the majority of lines in our online shop but there are occasions when items are special orders. Your goods should arrive within 2-3 days unless you have a specific arrangement with us for next day delivery. If your order is received on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be despatched on the Monday.

We will always send stock items straight away with any out of stock products being sent as soon as available at no extra cost to you.

Special Delivery and Next Day (Mainland U.K. only)

Both of these Services are available but you do need to sign for the parcel on delivery. For orders up to £20 the charge is £3.85. The charge for £20.01 to £50 is £4.50. Over this amount contact us.

Total value of goods up to £10.00 = £2.00
Total From £10.01 - 24.99 = £4.00
Total From £25.00 - £49.99 = £6.00

Total From £50.00 - £99.99 = £8.00

Total From £100.00 - £149.99 = £10.00

Total From £150.00 - £200.00 = £15.00

Orders over £200.00 will be sent free of charge.

POSTAGE RATES FOR OUTSIDE UK.

As your postage charges are different from the UK, these need to be confirmed via telephone to ourselves and paid separately via Paypal, or Credit Card.



SECURITY DETAILS It is important that before you submit personal details make sure you see a closed padlock and that the server is clearly marked with the letter “HTTPS”. Your Security is very important to us; if you feel unsure please do contact us. RETURNING ITEMS Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. We will refund the original cost of the goods if they are found to be faulty plus the return postage. This needs to be done within 7 days of receipt of goods. If you have a problem please contact us by Email, telephone or fax. Your satisfaction is important and we will try to resolve your problem. Normal Manufacturers` warranties apply to all our products. You also need to be aware that your statutory rights of 7 days cooling off period starts the day after you receive the goods. All items returned must be in their original condition with all packing intact. With regard to wigs, they must have not been worn or cleaned or cut. You must notify us if you wish to return an item before you return it within 7 days of receiving the product enclosing your original purchasing receipt. Please note we cannot exchange used or customer damaged items. Items being returned to us need to be sent in such a way that a signature us required at our end, proof for you that we have received it. Please also be aware that we are not resposible for the return postage or the original delivery , you will be liable for this postage.
